The Whisk(e)y, founded in 2014 in Fort Collins, Colorado, boasts the largest collection of whiskey in the state. Your

The granite bar, dark wood shelves, and leather booths of The Whisk(e)y give it the feel of a prohibition era speakeasy. MISSION STATEMENT
We at The Whisk(e)y are a family. We aim to promote and support both our establishment and everyone on our team. Our goal is to maintain an atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable, from those who know nothing of whiskey to those who have been enjoying it for years. We want to be a place where you can come to learn, come to enjoy, and come to be part of the family.
Octavio stumbled onto his passion for the service industry quite by accident. He started as a dishwasher for a nationwide corporate brewery and restaurant. Within four months he had moved to work in the front of the house, and was promoted to management a year later. It was in this rst
front of house setting that he discovered the world of craft beer and spirits, and he made the decision that this was what he wanted to do.
It started as a passion for craft beer, but through his client and customer relations he began to
come across whiskey more and more. He soaked up all of the knowledge that he could, eventually reaching the point that he was spending his spare time learning more about whiskey than beer.
Around this time Octavio made the decision to leave his corporate position. Fate intervened on behalf of The Whisk(e)y and he was hired as a bartender. His professionalism, bartending skills, and impressive knowledge of whiskey quickly propelled him to the position of General Manager.
